For those leaving the organization, we
provide a supportive environment where the
individual in career transition is provided
with the skills and tools they need to
assess their personal and professional goals
(at this point in their life) and develop an
appropriate plan of action.
We begin with an initial period of
reflection and self-assessment to look at
transferable skills, abilities, interests,
values, goals, areas for development, etc.
Together, we look at the individual's career
to date and then develop a career plan that
will enable them to fulfill their current
and future career development needs.
This is followed by a period of active
job search that focuses on those activities
(development of a powerful resume, interview
skills, job search techniques, networking,
etc.) leading to successful employment and
fulfillment of career objectives identified
in the career plan.
